4. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

About the return and the exchange of the commodity

Is it possible to return and refund for your convenience?

Returns and refunds are possible. Please submit a return application within 14 days of the product's arrival. If it is more than 14 days, we are sorry but we do not. However, in the case of customer's convenience, the return postage is borne by the customer. (If you return it by cash on delivery, we will refund the amount of the postage minus.) If you order more than one product and want to return one of them, the return amount is the only item.

About cancellation

Cancellation is possible before shipment, but can claim after shipment is not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
